Software requirements (SRs) selection is a multicriteria group decision making (MCGDM) problem whose objective to select the SRs from pool of on basis different criteria. In MCGDM, makers have opinions same requirement so it difficult decide which set implement during releases software. During MCGDM process, may use linguistic variables specify preferences over other requirements. real life applications, has been observed that sometimes cannot evaluate due their lack knowledge and limited expertise related domain. this situation, incomplete preference relations (LPRs) are constructed. literature, with LPRs still an unresearched problem. Therefore, address issue, method presented for LPRs. Finally, applicability proposed explained help example.
